Christmas in the Park refunds

If you used a debit or credit card to topup your wristband, you do not need to do anything to claim your refund. We will refund all unused funds above $5 to your card automatically. This process will begin on December 31, 2021. You should see your refund in your account within 7-10 business days.

Cash - if you used cash to topup your wristbands during the event series, simply click here to fill out our refund request form. These requests will be processed weekly from January 1, 2022 - January 31, 2022.

*note - there is a $5 processing fee for all refunds. This covers the costs of the system that offers this feature. Essentially, all funds over $5 remaining will be refunded. Anything less than $5 will not be processed and no fees will be charged.
